Bluemercury wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most beauty products. Items must be in their original packaging and in new or gently used condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the beauty products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package over any previous markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
